At Cloudz, we are committed to delivering exceptional service quality. Due to the nature of our digital services — which include CRM automation, digital marketing setup, AI chatbot implementation, creative production, and third-party integrations — all sales are considered final once a service is initiated or access to our platform is granted.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Setup fees
  • Subscription plans
  • Launched marketing services
  • Delivered creative work
  • Third-party tools configuration

This policy reflects the significant time, effort, and team commitment required to deliver our services, which cannot be reversed once work has begun.

If you believe there's been a billing error, please email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your purchase. We'll investigate and work towards a fair resolution.
